All You Need To Know About Refunding Your Items
- You can return all eligible item(s) within 12 days for Fufatrade Mall and 5 days for Marketplace.
- Place the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, labels or freebies. don't create any password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid.
- Return the item at our pickup stations or we can pick up from you within 1 - 4 business days. Always ensure your return slip is signed by our customer service agent as your proof of return.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 10 business days into your FufaPay account. You will be responsible for the delivery fees kindly chat with our live agents to ensure you are eligible for delivery.
